How I loved this session and how I love this family! I’m lucky enough to call these guys my in-laws. What I loved about this session was that Stacie and Dave thought for sure the session had been blown since little Maggie was upset for most of it and didn’t expect many photos to turn out.  She was tired, hungry, and her shoes had been forgotten at home! These photos are a prime example of what I love and want from these family sessions. Real moments between the posed photos. Laughing, funny faces, toddlers running off (and falling into holes), crying, and raw love. Babies being babies and big sisters face palming when getting a picture of everyone looking at the same time becomes an impossible feat. I feel like my job as a photographer is to catch real interactions and moments so that it shows who you truly are. Here are some of my favs!
