Q: I FEEL SO STIFF AND AWKWARD IN PHOTOS. WILL YOU BE POSING ME?

A: I'd say 8/10 people tell me they don't think they're photogenic before a shoot. WRONG! Come into your photo session feeling confident, because I PROMISE I will make you look awesome. I do a variety of flattering poses and prompts (I use a lot of prompts!) to help you feel comfortable and looking your best.

I also send you a session guide after the booking process to help you know what to expect and to help you know what to wear.

Frequently asked questions

Q: WHAT IF WE CAN'T GET (or don't want the hassle of trying to secure) A PERMIT TO BE MARRIED IN THE PARK? (National Parks)

A: The odds of that happening are slim, but we all know that if 2020 has taught us anything, its to be prepared for slim chances.  If you can't secure a permit to be married in the park of your choice, I know plenty of places right outside the parks that are public land and equally as gorgeous. We can perform your ceremony there and then go into the park afterward for photos!

Frequently asked questions

Q: HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

A: After we've talked details through, I'll send over a contract (online and super easy!), and you'll pay a retainer. Both are required to secure your date!

Frequently asked questions

Q: WHAT DO YOU DO TO PREVENT THE LOSS OF IMAGES?

A: Technology isn't flawless, and trust me, I know that! I shoot on cameras that have duel card writing systems so that each image I take is automatically written on two separate memory cards.  If one were to corrupt, I have a backup from the start. I then transfer those same images from the cards to an external hard drive system as well as a cloud backup. Those images are now safe in 4 different places! The odds of losing images are astronomically slim.

Not on my watch, Satan!

Frequently asked questions

Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU REQUIRE FOR THE RETAINER?

A: The retainer to book your date is 30%. You are more than welcome to pay the remaining balance in a payment plan leading up to, or in one lump sum 3 weeks before your wedding date.
