Kailey is my girl. We met about 3 years ago when she took my family pictures, and ever since we have been friends! We’ve attended workshops and classes, parties, second shot each other’s weddings, and laughed together a lot. We wanted to attend a workshop this summer in Iceland, but the dates didn’t work out and we were pretty depressed about that, so we decided to go impromptu shooting and exploring at Antelope Island. I guess that was the next best thing! What started out as a little bit of exploring turned into over 5 hours on the island dancing on the ice to Beyonce (and falling through that ice) and finding new spots all over the island. Kailey even tapped into her wild side and got a cool shot of some bison when we stumbled into a small herd.   It’s so nice having a friend who understands the joys and the struggles of being in a creative industry!
