Not sure where to start? Hiring your photographer is a great first step, and I'll even help you figure out what to do next. This isn't my first rodeo. Let's work together to create a timeline and figure out what your dream day looks like. My number one goal is to make you feel confident and at ease, not just on your wedding day, but through the whole process.

I want to capture you doing the things you love with the people you love. Want to snowboard down a hill in your wedding dress and suit? Let's do it. Want to bring your dogs? I'd prefer it. I'm going to capture the real moments. The tears as your groom sees you walk toward him, the wind catching your veil just right, the way you play with the ring on your finger as you get used to wearing it, the dirt on your hem as you walk around the mountains with your new spouse, and all the other details that make your day so special. I'm here so that you can look back and remember exactly how you felt in that moment. You will get to relive it again and again for years to come.

If you're wanting a photographer who will pose you traditionally, looking at the camera for every photo, I'm probably not the photographer for you.

I'm going to organically catch photos throughout your day that tell a story. Your story. Through a series of prompts, I gently guide you as I capture photos that show how you truly are together. Prompts are a way of posing that creates organic movement unique to you. We are going to catch movement. We are going to get real smiles and probably some tears as well. We are going to get cozy. We are going to create images that portray the honesty of your love and tell the story of your day.

I'm going to use prisms, plastic bags, cellophane, and probably some grass lying around to take photos of you. If it looks weird while I'm doing it, the results are probably going to be awesome.

We will still get some posed photos for mom (we know she's going to want one of you both looking at the camera and smiling!), don't worry!

Being in the business for 10+ years now, I've shot hundreds of weddings, elopements, and families all through the western United States. You can count on me to make the experience a blast, but to also offer a high level of professionalism all throughout the process and wedding day. Rain or shine, we not only always find a way to make it work, but THRIVE.

I've seen it all over the years, and technology isn't perfect. I shoot your images so that they are written onto two cards in camera, and immediately transfer them to an external hard drive after our event, as well as the cloud. Keeping your images safe is my no. 1 priority.

All the equipment in my camera bag has a backup as well, so no matter what happens, there's no stopping us.

I'm more than your photographer, at least I will be if you let me. I love to really get to know my couples and I've made countless friendships over the years with my clients that last. I am interested in who you are! The better we know each other, the better I can personalize your experience. I promise to calm you down when you get those jitters, I'll fix your veil, pin on those tricky bouts, touch up your make-up, and whatever else you need me for.
